RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

§1 CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
I. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with THE ZEED within 14 days without giving any reason.

II. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party authorized by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the products.

III. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform THE ZEED (Sebastian Macht, Haldesdorfer Straße 14, 22179 Hamburg, Germany, or shop@thezeed.io of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by letter or email). You may use the withdrawal form provided, but this is not mandatory.

IV. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the clear declaration of withdrawal to THE ZEED before the withdrawal period expires.
 

§2 CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
I. If you withdraw from the contract, THE ZEED shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which THE ZEED received notice of your withdrawal.

II. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.

III. THE ZEED may withhold reimbursement until the products have been returned or until you have provided proof that the products have been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

IV. You must return or hand over the products to THE ZEED without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the products before the period of 14 days has expired.

V. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products in the event of withdrawal. Reimbursement of these costs is excluded.
 

§3 NOTES
I. To ensure smooth processing, the product should be returned in its original packaging and with all accessories, using the shipping packaging in which it was received. If the original shipping packaging is no longer available, another suitable packaging that protects against transport damage should be used.

II. The statutory right of withdrawal exists regardless of the above recommendation. This is merely intended to facilitate the returns process.

III. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been customized or personalized by the consumer through markings or engravings. Such products are deemed to be clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs (§312g (2) no. 1 BGB, German Civil Code).
